In the Senior CoreUI Developer role, you will be:

• Collaborating with the Principal Developer to design and develop robust, bug-free features.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget by working with the Principal Developer and Product Ownership group.
• Identifying menu weaknesses and recommend improvements to the Chief Architect and Principal Developer.
• Fostering collaboration between development and Product teams to achieve optimal solutions.
• Mentoring junior developers, conduct pair programming, and guide technical skill development.
• Guiding and supporting QA engineers in adopting automated processes and modern testing methods to ensure menu quality and stability.
• Participating actively in developing the product roadmap with the Principal Developer to leverage technology advancements.
• Streamlining development processes, improve efficiency, and foster innovation within the team under the guidance of the Principal Developer.

To be considered for the Senior CoreUI Developer role, you will need:

• Proficiency in software development, particularly in C# and WPF, with a strong understanding of the gaming industry would be desirable.
• Demonstratable success in delivering projects in a fast-paced environment with a focus on maintaining high quality and efficiency.
• Ability to mentor junior developers, foster collaboration, and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
• Willingness to learn regulatory requirements across various markets, including data protection and responsible gaming practices, coupled with resilience in overcoming challenges.
