Role Overview:
Our client is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as a Project Management Business Partner (PMBP) to support the A320 family new development organization.
This role is pivotal in enhancing the competitiveness of our bestselling fleet.
As a PMBP, you will bridge the gap between traditional project management and agile, digital-age practices, ensuring all business commitments are met.
You will work in a transnational environment, collaborating closely with management and operations.
Clear communication and tailored support for projects and portfolios are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management Expertise: Manage projects within the A320 family new development perimeter efficiently and successfully.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project leaders to engage a wide and diverse transnational stakeholder network across all divisions.
- Project Set-up: Define project governance and set up projects.
- Review Preparation: Prepare for project gates and reviews.
- Integrated Planning: Monitor and control project schedules, costs, and resources.
- Interdependency Management: Manage project interdependencies both internally and with other projects.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Risk and Opportunity Management: Identify, consolidate, and follow up on project risks and opportunities.
- Team Facilitation: Lead workshops and facilitate team activities.
- Performance Management: Track and report on project performance.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Project Management Experience: Proven experience in a project management role.
- Communication Skills: Ability to listen, understand, and respond constructively.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate an understanding of both the bigger picture and finer details.

- Aircraft Development Knowledge: Familiarity with aircraft development processes.
- Digital Tools Proficiency: Knowledge of digital tools used in project management.
- Rate: £26.48 - £35.03 per hour
