Marketing & Communications Manager

Title: Marketing & Communications Manager

Location: Bahrain

Package: up to 1,650 BHD per month, plus benefits

 

I'm currently supporting an award winning hospitality group, in Bahrain, who have successfully opened & launched a number of F&B concepts across the Kingdom.

Due to their very exciting period of growth, they are now acticely looking to on-board an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager who can drive & grow the group's digital & social footprint.

 

Ideally we're looking for those who have an extensive background in growing & establish both a digital & social presence for premium, high-end, fine dining hospitality groups within the GCC.

 

You'll be working closely with the COO to ensure that all digital marketing/social campaigns (including web, SEO/CRM etc.) are uniform, and aligned with brand ethos.

 

Prior GCC experience is mandatory, and ideally we're looking for those who come from a high-end/premium independent/standalone F&B background. 

 

Responsibilities:


  • Reports to the COO and has two direct reports ie Marketing Specialist, Digital Presence Supervisor, Graphic Designer.
  • Responsible for managing the company’s marketing strategy across all digital platforms (web, social and mobile) to achieve business goals.
  • Manages the digital marketing work streams from conception to execution, results delivery and reporting.
  • Delivers best in class customer engagement and a healthy return on investment (audience engagement and sales).
  • Leverages strong management skills to regulate content production, research, analysis as well as delivering an outstanding online customer experience.
  • Responsible for translating marketing plans into online activities and builds engagement with consumers both existing and potential.
  • Feeds back campaign effectiveness to COO to help build continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for delivering the online KPI’s for building brand loyalty and awareness, as well as delivering commercial sales benefits.
  • Being an active participant to the Brands P&L.
  • An understanding of Adobe Suite or similar software, which they can demonstrate during the interview process.
  • Strong ability to produce budgets for the Marketing department and ROI forecast models.
  • Understands how to establish measurable goals and produce reports with a strong knowledge of Google Analytics and other Marketing software.
  • Can demonstrate the ability to delegate tasks effectively and exhibit leadership qualities.

 

What you'll need:


  • Min 7+ years work experience in Marketing preferably within F&B;
  • 3-5 years minimum experience in managing CRM & Digital campaigns in an F&B environment.
  • Data management and assimilation.
  • Budget & planning management Qualifications.
  • Excellent academic background with BS degree in Management or a Master's Degree in Marketing.
  • Expert understanding of Customer relationship management, data analysis and shopper habits and trends.
  • Customer loyalty programmes and building brand loyalty through low-cost high value campaigns.
  • Expert understanding of digital platforms and their best practice utilization for customer-driven campaigns.
  • Expert skills on delivering results for multiple stakeholders.
