As a Solicitor / Legal Executive, you will manage Industrial Disease claims from pre to post litigation, providing top-tier legal counsel.

Responsibilities:



* Provide expert legal advice and representation


* Handle both pre and post-litigated claims effectively


* Demonstrate commercial awareness and a strong drive to succeed


Requirements:



* Previously worked as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Litigation Executive or in a similar role.


* Proven experience in Industrial Disease claims


* Skilled in handling both pre and post-litigated cases


* IT literate, with understanding of case management software, ideally Proclaim.
