Service Care Solutions are working in partnership with our established client to recruit an experienced Head Vet in the Barnsley area.

The successful candidate will be a key member of the surgery's management team, providing the highest level of clinical expertise and has a passion about delivering gold standard, evidence-based care.



Job Purpose: Head Vet

Salary: £90,000 per annum + £250 Welcome Bonus, paid via Service Care Solutions

Location: Barnsley, South Yorkshire

Shifts: 4 Days per Week including 1:4 Weekends (No OOH)

Contract: Full-time | Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Providing world-class, evidence-based care to Dogs, Cats and Small Pets, supporting their families


• Providing coaching and mentorship, inspiring the team


• Providing management to colleagues and supporting with key decision-making and continuous service improvement
  

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in Veterinary Medicine


• RCVS Membership


• Previous Leadership experience
