Senior Facilities Officer

Service Care Solutions is seeking a Senior Facilities Officer to join our client team in Newham.

In this role, you will support the Building Services Manager in delivering efficient facilities management services and ensuring the depot is well-maintained and compliant.

This is a full time, temporary assignment offering £23 per hours Umbrella LTD ( £18.50 per hour PAYE ).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing hard and soft FM services and deputise for the Building Services Manager.


• Oversee in-house repairs, supervising the maintenance operative and handling tasks like plumbing, carpentry, and minor electrics.


• Supervise external contractors, ensuring safety and quality.


• Conduct site inspections to ensure health and safety compliance.


• Monitor and control FM expenditure.

• Background in facilities management with hands-on repair experience.


• Knowledge of health and safety in premises management.


• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
