Location: Glasgow

Salary: Up to £15.64 per hour (DOE) + Excellent Benefits

The Client:

Our client is a well-established engineering firm, offering expert and reliable design and build services to both public and private clients.

The Role:

As a Welder, you will be responsible for joining, fabricating, and repairing metal and other weldable material by applying electric arc welding techniques.

The role involves working with various materials and tools to produce strong, durable, and precise welds in accordance with industry standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:



* Welding


* Fabrication


* Safety Compliance


* Quality Control


* Maintaining and cleaning welding equipment


* Documentation relating to welding projects


* Working closely with other team members


Requirements:



* Previously experience working as a Welder or in a similar role.


* Experience in Electric Arc Welding and other welding techniques


* Strong ability to read and interpret technical documentation.


* Possess CSCS card.


* Background in working on heating / cooling / HVAC systems would be preferred.


* Valid driving licence.


Shifts:



* Monday -Thursday: 8.00am - 4.30pm


* Early finish on Friday: 8am - 2pm
