Service Care Legal are currently working alongside a local authority, based in Bolton, which is seeking a qualified and experienced Adult Social Care Solicitor/Lawyer to join their team.

ROLE: Adult Social Care Solicitor

RATE: £50 - £60 per hour

CONTRACT LENGTH: 3 months ongoing

LOCATION: Bolton - Fully remote

Key Responsibilities

• You will handle a mixed caseload of Adult Social care Law.
  
  This will include but is not limited to section 117 cases.


• Deal with Adult Social Care Responsibilities under the care Act 2014.


• Support with any other duties required by the team.

About you

• Someone who has experience in a busy Adult Social Care Team for a local authority.


• Committed to assist with any duties necessary.


• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 2+ years of PQE in Adult Social Care.
