About the company

A global wealth management company is looking for a junior IT Support Analyst to join their rapidly growing company as an IT Systems Administrator.

The ideal candidate would have either at least 1 - 2 years of experience on a Service Desk or as a 1st Line Support Engineer.

Or are in the process/ have recently completed an IT apprenticeship.



Responsibilities
, To assist in providing an effective and high-quality IT support service to all employees.
, To work closely with the support & infrastructure teams globally at the direction of the line manager.
, Record & respond to support tickets within SLA.
, Provide hardware support for desktops, printers and peripherals, including diagnosis and, where appropriate, resolution before outsourcing to third parties.
, Support company AV equipment on all meeting rooms.
, Act as first point of call for all users for software included in a standard build and bespoke / specialised software

Candidate Requirements

Essential Skills and personal qualities
, 1 year's relevant experience in providing deskside support
, Windows 7- 11
, O365
, Clear communication skills
, Eager to learn
, Experience using Group Policy & PowerShell scripting
