Position Overview

As the public face of the IT Department, the Service Centre provides essential support to their business and customers.

The role provides the opportunity to work with enterprise-grade financial systems and develop new skills on the job.

Responsibilities

Systems Administration:
, Manage Unix/Windows servers and Azure cloud.
, Implement backup, recovery, and security measures.
, Provide technical support and maintain documentation.
Network Administration:
, Design and implement scalable networks.
, Maintain documentation and manage vendors.
, Use NetOps systems for monitoring.
Cyber Security:
, Develop and enforce security policies.
, Conduct risk assessments and lead incident response.
, Ensure compliance with GDPR, PCI-DSS.
, Deploy security controls and SecOps monitoring.
User Support:
, Resolve technical issues and manage user accounts (Windows AD, Office 365).
, Support Office 365 apps (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
Candidate Requirements

Essential Skills and personal qualities
, Extensive IT support (1st to 3rd line).
, Strong troubleshooting, communication, and multitasking.
, Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, DevOps, Office 365, Azure, scripting (Python, Unix).
, Strong networking knowledge (routing, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN).
, Experience with documentation and high-level support.
, Familiarity with cyber security tools.
