Sales Manager (Electrical & Electronics Systems)

Location: Saffron Walden, Essex (Hybrid)

Salary: Circa £60,000 + Excellent Benefits

Full-Time, Permanent (2 day on site & 3 days Remote)

The Client:

Our well-established client manufactures RF communications, sensing systems and other electronic systems.

The Role:

As a Sales Manager, you will be reporting to CEO while converting existing sales leads into orders.

Responsibilities:



* Maintain activity records using CRM.


* Identify and secure high-potential prospects.


* Build and nurture relationships with new customers.


* Develop comprehensive programme capture plans.


* Maintain and communicate business development plans.


* Respond to client RFPs.


* Travel extensively within assigned regions to meet clients and demonstrate products.


Requirements:



* Previous experience working in a similar role.


* At least 5 years experience in a technical or sales role within a related industry.


* Eligibility for UK security clearance.


* Technical competence to understand and convey new concepts.


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


* Effective multitasking, prioritisation, and time management skills.


* Full UK driving licence.
