Nurse Team Leader

Location: Rochdale, Greater Manchester

Salary: £22 per hour + Excellent Benefits

Working Hours: 42 Hours per week

The Client:

Our client, part of the Care Group, specialises in providing tailored support to individuals with acquired brain injury and disorders.

The Role:

As a Registered Nurse Team Leader, you will lead and support a team in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities:



* Supervise the delivery of person-centred clinical support and interventions.


* Manage resources efficiently to maintain and improve care quality.


* Conduct thorough assessments and prepare clinical reports.


* Collaborate with key professionals to implement guidance and protocols.


* Complete regulatory alerts and notifications accurately and promptly.


* Lead and support clinical team members, fostering development and performance.


* Manage medication and clinical interventions, adhering to policies and guidelines.


* Ensure compliance with the NMC Code of Practice.


* Maintain ongoing NMC registration and CPD.


* Demonstrate and uphold company values, ensuring safe, effective practices.


* Deputise for the Registered Manager as needed.


Requirements:



* Previous experience working in a similar role.


* Experience in care settings as a Nurse or Clinical Nurse Lead.


* Registered Nurse Band 6 or above with an active PIN.


* Understanding of PEG, tracheotomy, and other clinical procedures.


* Familiarity with person-centred care and non-discriminatory practices.


* Knowledge of NMC codes of practice and regulatory responsibilities.


* Skilled in administrative tasks and computer literacy.
