Chef de partie / Demi Chef de Partie – multiple opportunities

Salary : €2200 - €2800 (depending on experience)

Poste available immediately

Full-time / permanent contract

Locations : Amsterdam and Airport Hotel

Experience required: brasserie / high-end restaurant / quality and volume

Cuisine : International, Italian, Dutch, Sea-food

Languages skills : English ;  Dutch a bonus.

We are working with multiple Hotels and Restaurants in Amsterdam looking for dynamic and passionate junior chefs / Chef de Partie / Demi Chef de Partie to join their teams.

MISSIONS

• Under the orders of the Head chef, you will be in charge of the realization of the dishes for the restaurant in your section.
• Prepare recipes to the highest standards and as per the Chefs demands
• Organize and maintain workstation and equipment
• Respect hygiene and safety standards.
• Show creativity and willingness to continue learning

REQUIRED PROFILE

• Dynamism, rigor, passion, creativity.
• Developed an interest and a particular talent for a specific cooking area
• Must understand a service of quality and volume.
• Eager to continue developing skills, knowledge, techniques and more

QUALIFICATION:

• Qualifications: must have a culinary qualification
• Experience required in brasserie / high-end restaurant / quality and volume
• Excellent knowledge of techniques and modern cooking
• Team spirit and motivation
