Breakfast Chef – International Branded Hotel in Amsterdam  

Salary : €2200 - €2500 per month (depending on experience)

Poste available immediately

Full-time / permanent contract

Locations : Amsterdam – Central area

Experience required: previous experience as a Breakfast Chef in a 200+ full service 4

* or 5

* hotel.

Service style: buffet; a la carte

Languages skills : English ;  Dutch a bonus.

You will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality breakfast items in a timely and efficient manner, offering varied and healthy breakfast options keeping up with the trends and needs of international customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food is prepared and cooked according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Stock and maintain inventory of breakfast food items.
• Ensure the correct setup, presentation and storage of the breakfast items
• Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in menu development and testing of new breakfast items.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a breakfast chef / breakfast sous chef preferred.
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow recipes and adhere to food safety guidelines.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork ethic.

QUALIFICATION:

• Qualifications: must have a culinary qualification
• Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef in a 200+ full service 4

  * hotel.
• Excellent knowledge of techniques and modern cooking
• Team spirit and motivation
