MLR have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Coffee Roaster to join a much-loved speciality coffee group who are incredibly passionate about their product and their employees.

In this role you will be responsible for the roasting and production throughout the company, delivering exceptional coffee from green bean to cup.

Ensuring that the taste and balance of every coffee is produced to the highest level possible.

Previous experience working with coffee and a passion for the science and art of coffee is a must for this role!

This role will suit a passionate Head Barista looking to take the next step in their career.
