Pharmacist
A great new opportunity is now available for a Pharmacist to join the team at a recently revamped pharmacy in Retford, delivering exceptional care to the local community.
The pharmacy has just changed hands and the team is keen to take advantage of this transition to grow in scope, with the vision to expand and optimise the services that can be offered here.
The team currently dispenses c.
4,000 – 4,500 items per month and offers easy access to a range of additional services alongside, including Pharmacy First, hypertension support, emergency contraception, and more, in a handy location close to primary care services, local amenities, public transport links and parking.
This position would suit Pharmacists across a range of experience including Newly Qualified Pharmacists - as the team is widely skilled and highly seasoned in pharmacy care, you can be assured of a strong support network, a focus on patient-facing services, excellent training and CPD, and opportunities to engage and build relationships with local healthcare colleagues (GP services especially) for well-rounded career growth.
Together, you’ll work towards improving community health and wellbeing through thoroughly excellent patient care and the development of new health and pharmacy initiatives.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a chiefly Mon-Fri working pattern.
Person specification:
- (Essential) Accredited MPharm degree, OSPAP qualification or equivalent
- (Essential) GPhC registration
- Newly qualified Pharmacists are welcome and encouraged to apply
