Whether a home focuses on the nursing or residential side, each Care Assistant is vital to the team, and it is your help – through assisting with daily living activities and providing support and companionship – that helps ensure residents can live well and comfortably while enjoying all the finer things on offer.

Options are available to join the team on a permanent or bank basis:

• Permanent, full-time (36h per week): £12.20 per hour
• Bank (ad hoc shifts): £13.67 per hour

Day, night and mixed shift patterns are available.

Person specification:

• (Essential) Some professional experience as a Care Assistant in an elderly care setting
• (Essential) A compassionate approach and an interest in helping vulnerable people
• (Essential) Willingness to help with personal care tasks
• (Desirable) Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent
