Charge Nurse
A highly-rated premium care home just outside Bonnyrigg is now looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN Adult or RMN) to join them as a Charge Nurse, leading excellent nursing care overnight.
This home was purpose-built specifically to offer the highest quality of life possible for people with a diverse range of complex health and care requirements; as well as round-the-clock support for age- and dementia-related conditions, the team offers specialist care for younger residents with physical disabilities (such as spinal injuries) and neurological conditions including Huntington’s disease and ABI.

As a Charge Nurse, you’ll develop and implement effective and person-centred care plans, make key decisions and lead the team as a model of best practice, helping to maintain a considerate and restful therapeutic environment during the nighttime hours.

This is a permanent, full-time (40h) position for a Charge Nurse, nights only.
Person specification:
- (Essential) NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RN Adult / RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
- (Essential) Notable professional experience with age-related and complex care needs (e.g.
dementia, neurological conditions, physical disabilities, enteral feeding)
