Principal Quality Assurance Officer - Materials Management

PRINCIPAL QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER | LEICESTERSHIRE AREA | Competitive Salary

A leading independent pharmaceutical organisation are currently recruiting for a Principal Quality Officer - Materials Management, to join their facility based in the Leicestershire area on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, the core function of the role will be to line manage a team of Quality Inspectors and a QA Supervisor, ensuring that all incoming materials and components are fit for purpose and compliant with internal and external regulatory specifications.

You will also be responsible for developing systems and staff to ensure GMP compliance.


To be considered for the role candidates must have a proven track record of working in a highly regulated industry, preferably pharmaceuticals, but open to healthcare and food.

Experience of working in a Pharma QC role is desirable.

Management and staff development experience is critical for this role, along with working knowledge of GMP.
