Key Responsibilities:

- Case Management: Handle a variety of litigation matters, ensuring that cases are managed efficiently from start to finish.
- Civil Procedure: Apply your knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules to manage cases, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- County Court Claims: Manage County Court claims, including drafting documents, liaising with clients, and preparing cases for court.
- Debt Recovery: Handle debt recovery cases, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to recover debts on behalf of clients.
- Counsel Liaison: Liaise with and brief Counsel on cases, ensuring that all relevant information is provided and that cases are prepared effectively.

Essential Experience:

- Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules.
- Experience in handling County Court claims.
- Proven experience in debt recovery.
- Experience in liaising with and briefing Counsel.

Preferable Experience:

- Handling mortgagee possession claims.
- Experience in landlord and tenant work.
- Exposure to High Court and tribunal proceedings.
- Broad experience in general litigation.
