Who are we looking for?  

• Previous management experience in high-volume bars/ fast paced environment
• Experience with cellar management
• Minimum of 2 years holding a Bar Manager position
• People person with a love of front of house and hospitality
• Natural leader
• Creative with experience building a cocktail menu
• Able to oversee the whole bar operations
