Private Client Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor in a reputable law firm based in Aberdeen.

This post has come available due to an increase in workload, we are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and efficient Solicitor with any level of Private Client experience to work as part of our Private Client department, based at Albyn Place.

The post: Ideally we require a candidate with experience in all manner of Private Client transactions, including but not limited to:-

Wills, Trusts, Executry Estates, Power of Attorney, Tax and Wealth Planning, and Asset Protection.

Hours 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 09h00 to 17h15 (1 ¼ hour lunch).

May be flexible.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Private Client Solicitor qualified in Scots Law.
  
  NQ- 3years+ PQE open to this.
  
  


• The successful candidate should have a kind and understanding disposition, excellent communication skills, a good work ethic, the ability to function well under pressure and an ability to prioritise workload accordingly.


• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Case Management Systems desirable.
