My client is a family-run business who are a leading manufacturer within their industry.

They are currently looking for a skilled Lead Maintenance Engineer to join their small and friendly team, who will have an electrical bias and perform maintenance on CNC machines.
 
The Role - Lead Maintenance Engineer
- Maintaining equipment to produce high-quality components across a diverse range 
  of products
- Fault finding, repairing and replacing machine components, with a root cause 
  analysis and correction mindset
- Contribute to continuous improvement and projects
- Develop a TPM/PPM schedule for all equipment
- Ensure safe working practices are adhered to throughout all activities in line with   
  company safety standards and procedures
 
Minimum Skills / Experience Required - Lead Maintenance Engineer
- A completed apprenticeship in maintenance, electrical engineering or other relevant 
  qualifications with NVQ level 3 or equivalent
- Ability to maintain CNC machinery or automation machinery
- Multi-skilled Engineer with a knowledge of hydraulics or pneumatics 
- Strong background in PPM systems and a proven ability of implementing them
- Having a sound understanding of Health & Safety, environmental issues and quality 
  rules
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Have a background in lean manufacturing methodology
 
The Package - Lead Maintenance Engineer
- Starting salary up to £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Free onsite parking

- Monday to Friday, 8.00 am - 4.30 pm
