Regional Head of Marine Underwriting (P&I) - London - £130k - £140k

A rare opportunity has arisen with a leading marine insurer for an experienced underwriter to join their busy team in London, focusing on the P&I market, specifically for Greek business.

The role requires you to review, implement and improve the wider business strategy for underwriting.

You'll also be responsible for the direct line management of the rest of the underwriting team.

Additionally, you'll also be directly involved in underwriting new and existing business for shipowners and charterers, showcasing an ability to asses risks on a case by case basis.

You will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with both existing and prospective stakeholders.

Applicants will need to demonstrate extensive experience as an Underwriter, with exemplary knowledge of the protection & Indemnity market.
