Purpose of the role:


You will be involved in the initiation, execution and management of tendering and completing the ERP system processes and establishing and maintaining strong relationship with suppliers, negotiate supplier contract and ensuring the best terms and conditions can be gained for the company.


Qualifications & experience required:



  • Minimum Bachelor's degree and/or minimum 4-5 year work experience in procurement, supply chain management and/or IT industry.

  • Computer literacy with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel Application.



Desirable:



  • Familiar with ERP system e.g.

    SAP, Microsoft Dynamics etc

  • Minimum CIPS Level 4 Diploma Certificate held or willing to study to be qualified.



Hours of work:



  • 37.5-hour week.


  • Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days wfh.
