Quantity Surveyor

A civil and demolition company based in Essex is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage the financial and contractual aspects of their projects.

Important details:

• Salary: £55k - £65k, dependent on experience


• Package: Car parking, PAYE, private healthcare, company pension, 28 days holiday


• Hours: 8am - 5pm, office-based (no hybrid)


• Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Manage project costs, financial reporting, and client payments


• Maintain contract documentation and handle post-contract issues


• Prepare and submit interim valuations and variations


• Collaborate with site teams and manage subcontractor agreements

Qualifications:

• 3+ years' experience in construction project management


• 5 GCSEs (A-C) including Maths


• BTEC, HNC/HND, or Degree in relevant field


• RICS membership is a plus
