Wills + Probate Solicitor

A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor to manage a diverse range of wills and probate matters.

In this role, you will work independently with support from a secretary and will often visit clients in their homes, care facilities, hospitals, or hospices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle a variety of wills and probate cases, from initial instruction to completion.
- Provide professional and compassionate legal advice.
- Conduct client visits in various settings as required.
- Work independently and efficiently, while collaborating with a supportive team.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Ideal Candidate:

- 2-3 years PQE in wills and probate.
- Personable, articulate, and professional with strong communication skills.
- Capable of managing a caseload with minimal supervision.
- Able to work well with others and provide advice in other legal areas as needed.
- Committed to delivering exceptional client service with a personal touch.
