The service is a children's home which offers care and support to young people aged 8-18 with Emotional Behavioural Dirorders.

On offer as a Deputy Manager.

• Starting salary of £26,000


• Additional payments for sleeps when required


• Rota'd hours between 8am-11pm and alternate weekend working

The successful candidate must have

• Experience working with young people in Children,s Homes or Care Leavers,


• Level 3 in Residential Childcare essential (or equivalent)


• Understanding of young people safeguarding and OFSTED regulations


• Ability to step up in the managers abscence


• People Management Skills
