We're on the lookout for an Assistant General Manager who's as passionate about good food and great vibes, this is a really exciting opportunity with realistic goals for being a General Manager by January – so you need to be at the top of your game and almost ready for that first General Manager role.

As the Assistant General Manager, you'll be the go-to person and will sit directly under an Interim General Manager until you are ready to take over the site full time – exciting!

The site has 130 covers, over 2 floors and you will be supporting on leading a team of 50, with revenue sitting on average £60k a week.

Your job? It's all about:

Keeping the team motivated and inspired.

Making sure the guests keep coming back for more.

Keeping an eye on the nitty-gritty stuff like audits and due diligence.

Making sure every guest leaves with a smile on their face.
