• Michelin Star restaurant

About the position

• Lead by example with a high level of customer service
• Open the mis-en-place
• Meet and greet the guests
• Open and close the restaurant
• Understand the menu thoroughly and take the guests on a culinary journey
• Work alongside the kitchen and the sommeliers

The successful candidate

• Must have experience working in fine dining
• Michelin star experience would be preferred

• A strong knowledge of Food & Beverage
