Job Title: Duty Supervisor – Aparthotel - London

Salary: Up to £31,000

Location: London

I am on the lookout for a Duty Supervisor to join this Aparthotel in West London.

This is a great opportunity for a confident, energetic and well-organized individual.

About the position

• Oversee the guest experience journey.
  
  From check in to feedback
• Ensure that a positive and friendly attitude is always maintained
• Oversee any guest complaints
• Manage room inspections
• Report any maintenance issues
• Work closely with housekeeping

The successful candidate

• Experience in a similar role in hotels or serviced apartments
• Must have team leader experience
• Must be well presented with flawless communication skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
