About the position

• Manage the team and ensure that the staff morale is high
• Oversee the training and development of the team
• Become a guru with the food menu and wine list, sharing your knowledge with the guests and team
• Support the Restaurant Manager with the day to day running of the restaurant

The successful candidate

• Must have experience working in restaurants & hotels

• A strong knowledge of Food & Beverage
• A passion for wine
• Rosette Restaurant experience beneficial
• A born leader with excellent communication skills
• Must be able to commute to the hotel
