• Looing for an AGM from a pedigree restaurant
• Someone happy to be on the floor, touching tables and challenging your team to be the best
• Someone who understand an independent Restaurant group and likes to be involved in decision making and enjoys accountability
• Passionate about great food and service – this is pitched at the Premium end of the market but not fine dining.

• Know your wines – you will need to add value to this operation
