Sales Manager - Boutique Hotels - Surrey

My client is looking for a driven Sales Manager to join their boutique hotel group.

They are looking for a well organised, energetic individual who will be responsible for maximizing the hotel’s sales by developing programs that make profitable use of the M&E areas along with the F&B and accommodation facilities.

About the position


  • Successfully promoting and managing the brand
  • Managing relationships with agencies and partners
  • Overseeing budgets for advertising, marketing, and promotions
  • Managing Pro-active & Reactive sales
  • Creating and communicating the hotel event calendar
  • Reporting directly to the GM and Directors

The successful candidate


  • Will have previous experience in a similar role in hospitality
  • Most have experience in leisure and corporate sales
  • Posses excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fantastic at networking and building relationships
  • Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile
