Venue Director, Glasgow, Up to £80k + Bonus

I am working with a large scale venue in Glasgow who are looking for a Venue Director who can run a BIG team and a complex food and beverage operation.

This role will need someone who can run a multi-outlet, multi revenue-streamed business from a real strategic level.

It’s a great opportunity for someone who wants a senior role with lots of complexity – all under one roof!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional guest experience
• Optimising sales and profitability
• Develop, lead and monitor delivery of the food and beverage strategy
• Stay up to date with competitor activity and market trends
• Ensure effective communication and consultation with all stakeholders
• Develop and maintain a strong culture that is inclusive and offers opportunity
• Financially accountable for all costs and profitability

Skills & Experience:

• Senior management experience leading large operational teams
• Passionate about food and drink and delivering outstanding service
• Experience managing complex multi-outlet operations
• Excellent client and stakeholder management
• Commercially astute
• Strategic thinker with strong problem solving skills
• Confident, calm and resilient
