They are seeking a Controller to join their team in their NYC office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency
• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure financial stability and growth
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets, manage costs, and ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Manage payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and cash flow to optimize financial health 

What they are looking for:

• 3- 5 years of experience in accounting
• Hospitality background a big plus
• Proficiency in accounting software, including experience with Restaurant 365 and NetSuite, and strong computer skills
• Experience managing financial operations, including lease accounting, cash control, and reconciliation of books
