A vibrant casino and resort destination is currently seeking an Executive Chef to lead its culinary team and elevate the dining experience for guests.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role within a high-volume kitchen environment, ideally in a casino or resort setting
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, menu development, and food safety standards
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate kitchen staff
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management to maximize profitability
• Clean criminal record - mandatory background check
