Who will you be working for?

This innovative, fast-growing, and successful company in the food retail industry is looking for a Regional Manager to lead the franchise operations in the German market.

Responsibilities

• Managing the German operations
• Leading a senior team of 7-10 people
• Creating annual budgets and financial targets, as well as, KPI´s for the team
• Developing health and safety procedures
• Finding new ways of cost control, increasing revenue and profit
• Quality and standards control
• Directly impact on the growth of the region
• Coming up with new projects and policies
• Involved in the recruitment of senior staff

• Experience on a country-level position
• Affinity to the franchise development world
• Experience in retail, hospitality or food industry
• Great eye for detail and positive mindset
• Results and standards-driven
• Born problem-solver with a creative mindset

• Fluent in English and German
