My client is seeking a professional and experienced Operations Manager with extensive expertise in managing high-end hotels, leisure venues, and new openings.

The current properties are in North and SW and West London, with two additional sites set to open soon.

With a significant focus on food and beverage across the estate, they are looking for a highly commercial Senior General Manager transitioning to an operations Manager role.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in customer service, staff training and development, and a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.

This position offers the opportunity to evolve into a more strategic role as the company continues to grow.

Leading a team of around 80 this role demands a leader, someone who can multitask and is guest obsessed.

You will be comfortable on the floor, enjoy hosting and developing your team so that regardless of who is on shift service is excellent.

This will have a relaxed feel to the restaurant with high quality produce.

We are looking for someone from a premium background who understands the setting.

Candidates who have experience in premium hotels would be desirable for this position.
