Skills and Experience 

• Proven experience in managing beverage operations in a fine dining environment with hotel experience 
• Experience supporting and mentoring a bar team, ensuring high performance and professional growth
• Strong background in beverage service, inventory management, and maintaining high standards in hospitality
• Caribbean experience is a plus, particularly in resort settings
• Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and implementing strategies to optimize bar profitability and efficiency
• Exceptional customer service skills with a track record of exceeding guest expectations through beverage offerings
