Physiotherapist (Temporary Contract)

Pay Rate: £27 per hour (Ltd), paid through an umbrella company (£24.43 inc, ££21.80 exc)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Qualified Physiotherapist to join Nottingham NHS on a temporary agency contract.

This role is community-based and involves working with patients to provide rehabilitation and support in their homes or other community settings.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care, assessing patient needs, and creating tailored treatment plans to aid recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and deliver physiotherapy interventions for patients in the community.


• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.


• Provide advice, education, and support to patients and carers.


• Manage a caseload of community patients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.


• Promote independence and improve mobility for service users in a community setting.

Requirements:

• Qualified Physiotherapist with valid HCPC registration.


• Experience working in a community setting is essential.


• Some NHS experience is required.


• Ability to work independently and manage a community-based caseload.
