Service Care Solutions are working alongside a successful Law Firm, based in Greater Manchester, which needs a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their expanding team.

ROLE: Commercial Property Solicitor

LOCATION: Bury office/Hybrid

Salary: £47,000 - £50,000 Annual

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on all aspects of commercial property law, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development.


• Counsel clients on property management, landlord-tenant issues, financing, joint ventures, and development projects.


• Handle your own caseload from start to completion in Commercial Property.

About you:

• 5 years PQE in Commercial Property law


• Strong communication skills


• Experience in commercial law and Property Law.


• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with experience in Commercial Property
