As Head Chef, you would oversee the kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality in food preparation and presentation, while managing a diverse culinary team.

Responsibilities would include assisting with menu development, maintaining inventory, ensuring food safety standards, and working closely with the management team to enhance the dining experience.

Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of culinary leadership experience, preferably in a high-volume or fine dining setting
• Strong expertise in Chinese cuisine and modern cooking techniques
• Proven ability in menu development and adapting dishes to meet customer preferences and trends
• Solid experience with inventory management, food cost control, and supplier relationships
• Leadership skills to effectively manage a kitchen team, with a focus on training, mentorship, and staff development
