Multi Site Field Engineer

Our client in the Northwest are recruiting for a Multi Site Field Engineer for their Arcade Machines.

This is a permanent opportunity with opportunity for growth and progression.



Salary: £28000 (Negotiable) + Commission
Hours: Monday to Friday 40 Hours per week,
Benefits: Car, Healthcare, Pension + Commission

Must Haves

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a field engineer or technician in the amusement industry.


• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical and electronic systems with the ability to read schematics and technical manuals.


• Problem-Solving: Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.


• Customer-Focused: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• As a Multi-Site Field Engineer for their arcade operations, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of arcade machines across various locations.


• This role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who enjoys working independently and has a passion for gaming and technology.


• Install and configure new arcade machines at multiple locations.


• Perform routine maintenance to ensure all machines are operating efficiently and effectively.


• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic issues in arcade machines, ensuring minimal downtime.


• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for arcade staff and customers.
