Skills and Experience

• 2+ years of experience supervising fine dining with a deep understanding of high-end service standards
• Strong knowledge of fine dining operations, including food, wine, and service techniques
• Proven leadership abilities to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced, upscale environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with both guests and staff
• Experience with inventory control and staff scheduling to ensure efficient front-of-house operations
