As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Training Manager to help elevate staff performance and ensure service excellence remains at the core of what they do.


The Training Manager will design, develop, and implement training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and performance of staff across the restaurant.

This role is essential to maintaining high service standards and operational efficiency, ensuring every guest receives an unparalleled experience.

The ideal candidate will have luxury hospitality experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a commitment to fostering professional growth in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Training Program Development: Create tailored training programs for different roles including front-of-house, back-of-house, and management.

    Focus areas include customer service, food and beverage knowledge, health and safety, and operational processes.
  • Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the team and that service expectations are clear from the start.
  • Service Excellence: Provide specialised training to uphold luxury service standards, including guest interaction, etiquette, upselling techniques, and managing high-profile clientele.
  • Leadership Development: Offer management training for team leaders and supervisors, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and growth.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, adjusting content based on feedback and performance assessments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to align training initiatives with operational goals and service delivery standards.
  • Compliance Training: Ensure all staff are current on mandatory training, including health and safety, food hygiene, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Training Materials: Develop and update training resources such as manuals, e-learning content, and videos to support continuous learning.
  • Mentorship: Provide ongoing coaching and support to staff, fostering both personal and professional development.

Key Requirements:
Experience:


  • At least 5 years of experience in training and development, within the hospitality or fine dining sector.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver successful training programs for diverse teams.

  • Strong understanding of luxury service standards and fine dining operations.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements in the hospitality industry, including health and safety, and food safety regulations.

Preferred Attributes:


  • Luxury Experience: Background in high-end restaurants or hotels where premium service is a priority.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire teams to perform under pressure.
  • Innovation: Creative in training design and delivery, using engaging methods to inspire learners.
  • Multilingual: Additional language skills are a plus, given the diverse workforce and clientele.
