General Manager / Food and Beverage Director – new opening in Marrakech, Morocco. 

We are looking for an experienced general manager to join the team of this International Hospitality Group.

This very dynamic and professional group is looking for a really passionate individual that will lead the team to success.

As General Manager you will have full accountability over the results (operation, procedures, financial, customer satisfaction, etc), your team and the growth of the business.

We are seeking a strong operator with vision and strategic mind that will motivate and develop a passionate team and bring success to the Venue.

Opening experience is a must.

THE VENUE:

• A trendy food and beverage concept with multiple concepts of restaurant and bar, offering high-end yet casual atmosphere
• This will be a fast-paced venue, you will love the buzz and high volume

THE ROLE:

• The role would suit a General Manager / Food and Beverage Director with a background in trendy / fast-paced / top service / high-end casual atmosphere venue
• You must have a proven track record, commercial mind, 360° operational understanding and a strong financial experience
• Experience in managing multiple concepts is highly appreciated
• This is a high-volume venue and the General Manager needs to be at the top of their game.
• Maintaining high levels of service and leading a large team across the operations
• You will have full accountability for your operational and financial results

THE PERSON:

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a similar position and style restaurant
• Must have multi-concept and multi-restaurant experience, Food Market / Food Hall experience welcomed
• Needs to be polished, enthusiastic and work to high standards
• Dynamic and outgoing personality
• Work in a professional yet friendly manner
• Be a team player and assist where required
• Have good communication skills and be able to liaise with the team
• Must understand Marrakesh market

Location: Marrakesh, Morocco

Salary: €60,000 - 70,000 basic + benefits

Must have multi-concept and multi-restaurant experience

High-volume and Quality experience  

French and English fluency.

Arabic language a bonus.
