Solicitor - Litigation Department

Job Summary:
A reputable legal practice is looking for a Solicitor to join its Litigation department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Case Management:

- Handle litigation matters, including civil and commercial disputes.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other documents.

- Client Representation:

- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations.
- Attend client meetings and collaborate on case strategies.

- Legal Research & Analysis:

- Perform legal research and analyze legal issues to support case strategies.

- Document Management:

- Organize case files and ensure accurate submission of legal documents.
