Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure exceptional cleaning standards across all areas, exceeding guest expectations and maintaining the luxury brand's image.
• Oversee uniform standards for the housekeeping team, always ensuring a polished and professional appearance.
• Manage staff rotas for optimal efficiency and coverage while fostering staff well-being and teamwork.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff, conduct regular inspections, and collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery.

You will need:

• Proven experience in a housekeeping leadership role within a luxury hotel or high-end venue.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and develop a team while maintaining high standards.
