Regional Sales Manager - Lifestyle Hotel Group

My client is looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager to join their Lifestyle Hotel Group.

They are looking for a well organised, energetic individual who will be responsible for maximizing the hotel’s sales by developing programs that make profitable use of the M&E areas along with the accommodation facilities.

About the position


  • Successfully promoting and managing the brand
  • Managing relationships with agencies and partners
  • Managing Pro-active & Reactive sales
  • Train and develop the site sales team
  • Analyse and create sales strategies


  • Attending exhibitions, trade shows, networking events


  • Reporting directly to the GM and Directors

The successful candidate


  • Strong knowledge of the industry and drive for sales
  • Ability to make effective commercial decisions
  • Must have cluster hotel experience
  • Lifestyle hotel background would be beneficial
  • A dynamic, proactive, and motivated individual
  • Ability to develop and manage relationships
  • Strong communication and administrative skills
